# Model

> Choose the default play model used by new games.

## Find the default model

Open **Settings** in your profile and scroll to **Default Play Model**. The page lists available models with notes about speed, cost, and stability.

Select the option that fits your preference. This setting applies to new games; existing saves do not change.

Use speed when you want quicker replies, cost when you want to control consumption, and stability when you prefer a steadier experience. You do not need to memorize model names; compare the notes shown on the page.
